Go Outdoors also highlighted Ellesmere itself as a picturesque market town worth exploring, mentioning our historic Market Hall being open every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, offering a wonderful range of local produce, crafts and gifts.

Also for cycling enthusiasts, Ellesmere is an excellent base. The area boasts plenty of quiet lanes and country roads perfect for beginners, while those looking for more of a challenge can tackle the rolling hills in the surrounding countryside.
